Children's Health PM Pediatric Urgent Care Prosper

We took my son here Saturday for a bad cough and fever and vomiting. The doctor didn't want to test my son for anything and pushed us to give him honey as a more holistic treatment because she prefers to refrain from medications. My son got worse over the next few days. We followed up at our doctor at Prosper Pediatrics and he tested positive for Flu A. Children's Health PM is incompetent and negligent.

Rarely do I post a review unless something really stands out, either positive or negative. In this case, it is NEGATIVE. I will NEVER visit or recommend anyone visit this Pediatric urgent care. We came here 2 weeks ago because my son is having a high fever, runny nose and productive cough. He only took water for 4 days.I was 30 minutes late because the school bus of my daughter arrived late on that day. My son is crying the whole TWO hours of waiting. I was asking them politely how many more minutes is the waiting period but there is no sympathy at all. There is also mosquitoes when we visit. They don’t even bother to check the throat of my son even if i insist.The urgent care next door is way better and all the staff is nicer and will treat you with sincere care.

I left with raving reviews of this place. Then went to see an orthopedic doctor 3 days later for my daughter and they completely misdiagnosed her. They took X-rays and wrapped her up in a soft cast and splint saying her arm was broken. By the time the ortho saw her that Monday, she said her arm was just dislocated and had been like that for 3 days………. They also were rude to my husband giving side eye to him - they were nice and offered a popsicle to my daughter and my oldest to keep them happy while there. The office was clean- but lazy research- lazy doctors

We had to take our 2 year old daughter on a Friday night after our pediatrician had closed. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everyone made us feel at ease and they were able to keep my daughter calm during her visit. I was very happy with our visit and would use them again if we needed a pediatric urgent care again in the future!

Do Not Recommend, we took my grandaughter and all started out good, they swabbed and practictioner lady just said it was a Negative test and said they could send to lab, after 3 days we didn't, hearback I called and was told all cameback Negative, However when I downloaded the app , it said corrected results and my kiddo had strep and flu , so I called back and a nurse said that she was sorry and that we were not the only ones with this issue bc the carrier they used lost the results, which this carrier is a massive company , they would loose no labs .however they Lied to us saying all came back negative but they didnt even know the results if fedex lost the lab, meaning they stalled and lied ,put results as Negative because they didnt know what to say since they screwed up the labs to beg
