Children's Health Gastroenterology (GI) Dallas

My daughter saw Dr. Santolaya yesterday and we absolutely loved him! He was so great with listening to us and our daughter’s concerns. He seemed to really care and engage with our daughter, she was nervous about seeing a new physician. We’re thankful he made a plan to find answers for her issues. All of the staff we came into contact with were all so friendly.

Horrible communication. I had an appt Friday arrived 11 mins late and called prior to arriving. Arrived and the provider refused to see me. Ask to speak to the manager it is day 5 and I’m guessing the manager Iman Rahim Tejani, is still in a meeting. One of the providers at the last visit assumed my son ate hot Cheetos because he is Hispanic. My son doesn’t even eat spicy food lol when I tried to explain that to her she told me to be quiet and only directed herself to my son. I only like the provider Dr. Llanos but I have to wait for a provider change and I’m assuming that will be next year until I receive a call. I do not recommend this facility at all.

Went to see a specialist for my 4yr old she has had a problem with heavy mucus and bloody stool. The Dr. said it was normal and to drink water. That's it! Unbelievable! And this is where we are suppose to take our children for severe health issues?

We love Dr. Metah she's the best ever! She's always took the best care a doctor could to my son and still does to this day! We live 3 hours away and have traveled back and forth for 13 years and still counting and praying many more! Thanks so much Dr. Metah we love you
