Children's Health Care

Both of my kids have been patients here for years, and the care has always been exceptional. The doctors and nurses truly listen, take their time, and treat every visit with kindness and professionalism. From little kids to the teenage years, we’ve always felt supported and in the best hands. Highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for a trusted pediatric team.

I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician’s office for my little one! I received my pediatric care here as a child, and I’m so happy to be able to do the same now for my own child. Dr. Riccardi and Jodi are AMAZING! They provide the highest standard of care for my son, but they also make sure that I as a parent feel heard about my needs/concerns. The entire front office staff is also so kind and helpful, from check-in to check-out and answering any and all questions I may have. I know my son is in great hands at CHC - I wouldn’t want him going anywhere else!

We have stuck with CHC for several years because we simply needed a pediatrician that was local. We have never had an issue with the nurses or pediatricians but also have never been blown away by them. However the front office is for lack of a better word: terrible. They constantly send the wrong documents to schools, they drop the ball and they are difficult to manage and create larger problems for families. We also found out they will be dropping our health insurance at the beginning of next year and once that is scheduled they completely disregard you. It’s wildly unprofessional yet we are eager to find a new pediatrician. Good luck with your decisions.

Do NOT take your children to this office . They are money hungry and do NOT care about your children . They only care about fitting every appointment in on the “schedule” and will call you 100 times to book them. If I had to cancel an appointment they would repeatedly call me to re book even though I said I will call back to book. Don’t they have anything better to do than harass a busy mother for a stupid “well check” . I do not vaccinate my children and they held that against me from day 1. They might even call DCYF on you if you don’t go to all your well check ups! Be careful! You have been warned. You can even ask them about it, I was told this is common practice from the manager.

Great doctors. Unfortunately, 7:45 morning sick call requires arriving at 7:25 or so to be 1st in line. Also be careful there's a Low St AND a High St entrance. Great doctors and kind reception staff. Great practice.
