GREAT CARE & CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everything from start to finish was handle in a professional manner. Appointments are typically out for a month or longer, but I called ever afternoon and was able to grab an appointment within in a week.
This is probably the best hospital in Texas! They have everything and it’s all centered around your kids having a great experience. Music therapy room was the best part, my kids spent hours in there just jamming out on any and every instrument. Great experience and all staff there are so polite and try very hard.
Great team and healthcare. From start to finish everything went great and my baby girl is better than ever !! thank yall so much ❤️
What an incredible team of people! From the very first person we encountered to the very last one, they were so patient, calm, and encouraging. It really helped calm both our (the parents) and our teenage daughters anxiety about upcoming surgery. Thank you, Children's! You go above and beyond to make each family feel like you are dedicated to their individualized care! 🩷💙
