Made an appointment for my 2 year old for the soonest appointment which was 8 weeks out. He has some PTSD following chemo treatments so he was already anxious going into the elevator. He is practically non verbal and I warned them that he doesn't like his ears being touched but before the test started they had me hold him down to check his ears. So he starts screaming and crying. Gave him a chance to calm down and they started the test, not long in he saw the tester through the glass and started crying again. So they ended the test and said we would have to come back in another 8 weeks (next available was 9) to try again and if that one doesn't work either THEN we would try a sedated test. We spent less than 10 minutes in that office and were told there just wasn't time to wait for him to

This place is a joke. Very poorly run. Had to call 5 times to make an appointment. Was on hold one time for 30 minutes and finally just left a message. They didn't return my call for 2 days. Kept saying they didn't get the referral so I kept having the dr. Resend it. Finally said they got it 2 weeks and many phone calls later and then they tell me they won't schedule an appointment because I didn't have my insurance card number on me at the moment they called.
