Children's Dental World

I have waited past my appointment time numerous of times 20 to 30 minutes. I ran late today bc my GPS took me the wrong way. I was 8 minutes late. They told me I had to reschedule. I drove for 30 minutes. I also called for directions but was on hold for 10 minutes. She was only supposed to get a cleaning. I didn't see why they couldn't take her then they claim she had to get a lot of work done which I was not aware of. They did the same thing at her last appointment. Really hope I'm not going to be billed bc I did show up. I feel like they didn't even want to service us because we are never seen in time in the first place. So upset.

This was our 3rd dentist in 18 months for my 2 youngest sons. My 3rd son has anxiety & I need to be with him during dental visits. The first two dental offices allowed me the 1st time we came but even after explaining the situation, they refused to allow it for future visits. I'm so thankful they didn't have good customer service because I wouldn't have found Children's Dental World otherwise! I have been bringing my children to this Children's Dental World for over 5 years now & we love it! They have no issues with me staying with my boys & they can even have their cleanings at the same time due to the amazing layout of their office. I was just notified that our dental insurance is changing & I am researching our new insurance to guarantee we can still go to the same dentist.

My 3 year old granddaughter was TRAUMATIZED by Dr. Bell. She wanted her mother in the room with her and started to cry. (This is after 10-15 minutes of her already being worked on). They wouldn't allow her mother to go in with her to calm her down and decided to STRAP HER HEAD AND SHOULDERS DOWN Instead. My granddaughter screamed so loud my daughter went into the room and stopped them. We left right after that. BTW...My granddaughter had Bruises on her forehead from that tight strap. It was PURE TORTURE. I would Never recommend Dr. Bell...ever.

The staff are always super sweet and patient with the kiddos. They absolutely love getting their teeth cleaned (for once) and enjoy picking a prize and a new tooth brush after every visit. We have been coming here for about 3 years now and we are very happy with Doctors and staff. Very informative and professional. Waiting area keeps the kids entertained! Highly recommended. Military friendly, accepts tricare.

I need my daughter to get two teeth pulled due to the orthodontic dentist needing it done before she can get braces. We have been with childrens dental world for a while now, we have had a few issues in the past with them not taking my daughter serious about tooth pain and such, she ended up with a infection really bad and all due to it, But I still called them to set a appointment up to get both teeth pulled. When I called the first time they asked for my insurance (which we had just been in two weeks before for cleanings and they ran through insurance- so they have it already) I sent my insurance and paperwork from the ortho dentist in a email.
