Children's Dental Surgery of Lancaster

Staff is wonderful! Everybody was so nice and welcoming. Great experience for my 2 year old. They said it would take about an hour & her procedure only took half an hour & was so simple from start to finish. Love the little “princess juice” medicine to help the kids relax. My daughter was so relaxed & sleepy as she was being wheeled back to the OR she didn’t even care that I was leaving lol

I WAS SO SCARED & WORRIED…we went in, got checked in, almost got sent home due to a fever until we told them the fever is due to the infected tooth. the anesthesiologist came and spoke with us, made sure my son was breathing okay and was able to go through with the operation. they got us back fairly quickly. they gave a gown and socks. my son was scared but keeping it more together than mom was (i was terrified) . they gave my son anxiety medicine and almost instantly he was relaxed, and it helped me knowing he was no longer scared! EVERYONE was very very nice, they were so friendly and caring with my son. open to any and all questions, absolutely no judgment due to what my son had to get done. we got there at 8am, and arrived home at about noon, and we live an hour away. the process was v

My son felt comfortable going in wasn't to scared, just a little nervous but every one was very friendly n careful no to scare him. They worked fast, was there maybe an hour or so. He was scared when he got up, fussy but he's never felt that feeling so he didn't know how to process n deal with what he was feeling. But the over all visit was great thanks to the staff that kept him calm n comfortable before the procedure.

They definitely know what they're doing with kids and in general. Was pleased with the whole visit! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. My 7 year old was so nervous and so was mom but the medicine they give helps calm the child almost instantly and as for me,I personally felt it was appropriate for me to stay out when he was going under for sleep because I was already worked up and worried about that so that helped. They do a lot of reassurance and are fast! You are sitting waiting for the appointment longer then the surgery actually takes. Even so we watched a great Disney movie waiting. Wonderful Care for My 3-Year-Old! I had such a great experience with my son’s dental surgery. The nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and gentle. After the surgery, one of the nurses was holding my son and walking with him, which truly touched my heart. It made me feel like they genuinely cared about him, not just as a patient but as a little child who needed comfort. The whole team made us feel safe and supported. I’m so thankful and highly recommend this place!
