Children's Dental Health of West Grove

Super sweet staff, dentist hygienist was super sweet and kind to my daughter for her first appointment. The dentist was amazing. Super informative and friendly. Great staff here The only issue I found was the front desk reception. She was very unkind and honestly quite rude. Coming from being a front desk, usually they set the tone for the visit. I would really appreciate if the company would have a conversation about her attitude towards the patients.

They seem have to a hate their job because they're always rude at the front desk. The one lady literally told me "Today is not the day" "you need to go on with your self" mind you it's a children's dentist office. The woman who attends to you after your done the appointment is awesome. She's friendly she cares about how she speaks to you she understands the scheduling when it comes to the kids and school, very Kool person. Doctors are great and very caring for the children.

The lady at check-in was extremely rude. We travelled 1hr to make it to my 5yr old 9am appointment. There is no parking available and got lucky that somebody is leaving so was able to find parking spot. Checked in at 9:09am and the lady at check-in said “you are late to the appointment and next available slot is at 10:30. But if you would like to leave then let me know” That’s extremely rude behavior towards any parent. Thankfully the doctor called us in at 9:30am and she is so nice person.

We love the dr and tech , front desk is not the friendliest . My daughter was super anxious today , and kept wondering if they were gonna check us in . I went up to ask and the girl sitting to the right kind of in the back said they’re doing your contract . I said umm ok I didn’t even check in. She didn’t say hi we got you or anything. Luckily it was me there and not my husband because he would have said something back and walked out . Not to mention we were coming in and witnessed to one girl give the other girl the finger when they came back from lunch break. Not exactly something I want my young daughter to see. Do better ladies you have young children who are already not fond of the dentist or orthodontist coming here .

Faith was so great with my son today. He got braces on and she did such an amazing job and was so kind and gentle with him! Dr. P is awesome and also great, made the experience a good one from start to finish! Highly recommend them!! Thanks guys!
