Children's Dental Health of Lancaster

Horrible….Takes forever to get an appointment. Multiple times they have reached out right before an appointment to cancel/ reschedule, then can’t get us back in for months. This morning my 7 year old daughter had her appointment that she’s been waiting for since early September to get her broken tooth fixed. I arrived this morning for our appointment and the parking lot was empty except for other patients sitting in their cars looking confused. We attempted to enter the building and realized the doors were locked and lights were off… I then sat in my car trying to get ahold of the office for a few minutes. I then got back out of my car to check the doors again and realized they put a “office closed” sign on a side window. (Not even in a noticeable place for patients to see). I did not

I’m only giving this a two star because I never walked food into the facility. The scheduling SUCKS. My daughter was scheduled a year ago to be seen when she turned two years old and just again today I received a cancellation email. We will be finding somewhere else to go. Someone who truly prioritizes children’s dental health. Don’t waste your time.

Do not waste your time! They don't care they closed the day of my 8am appointment I never received a call, email nor text! When I called and got the call center they said someone called once the day before at 5pm but it did not connect. There was a mom that ubered with her daughter that was also not notified! Had I not been there they would have been stuck outside on one of the coldest days of they year!! I was told a supervisor would call me that was over a month ago I never got a call from anyone and they will no longer get my business with such carelessness for the people that keep them in business! RUN!! Also no need to thank me for my review bc no one there really cares!

I rarely review, but I have had several poor experiences. Showing up for scheduled appointments should not be an inconvenience to staff. On multiple occasions, front desk staff haven’t even acknowledged my presence— not even eye contact— for minutes while standing in front of them at the desk upon arrival. A couple non-empathetic dental assistants with poor bedside manner and rude disposition probably shouldn’t be working with kids who are already nervous to come to the dentist. On more than one occasion, they have cancelled all appointments for the day and only communicated this via an email the same morning of our appointment. We won’t be back.

As a mother, I try to be responsible and keep my son’s appointments every six months. But it becomes impossible when the office cancels the appointment and never calls me back to reschedule. I always have to call again, and then they offer dates six months or even a year later. This makes it extremely difficult to keep up with my son’s care. The office is often closed, and lately the service has not been reliable at all.
