Children's Dental Health of Exton

Same as other reviews on here. Appt. Were NOT in their system. Photo show proof history of text and confirmation. Please stay away from this office. They will give you more stress after leaving. Front Desk service went down hill, They don't care about your schedule. "We don't have you in our schedule for today. You can over come and see the schedule." that is what the Front Desk (1st lady). I have rise my voice to make it clear that I have text and calls to confirmed my appointment for today at 3:30pm 23OCT2025. We were there for my son bi-annual cleaning at 3:30pm; this were scheduled in the office 6 months ago, and were told that they are moving to new office. I've received multiple text message and even a call to confirmed the date and time. I showed my phone to her and I didn't g

The staff are all amazing! My kids and I love the new location. The building is beautiful and bright. The dentist was kind and very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and I never felt rushed. I drive over an hour to come to this location, and it never disappoints. I will be happy to return in 6 months.

We had a wonderful experience at Children’s Dental Health of Exton! The clinic was very clean, welcoming, and kid-friendly. The wait times were minimal, which made the visit so much easier. The doctor was extremely patient and took great care of my child, explaining everything gently and making sure she felt comfortable the whole time. The staff was warm, attentive, and very professional. My child was excited to receive some fun goodies at the end of the visit — definitely a nice touch for little ones! Highly recommend this place for all children. Excellent care and great overall experience!

The attention was top notch and i loved that they had a bilingual asistant there making sure my family was taken care of. All staff are wonderful! Mind you i took in my army of 5 kids today. They were awesome with all of us!

The first time that we were there, we waited around 1hour to be attended by the oficial dentist inside the dentist office (with a 3 years old) for a 5 min instruction. In our second time to fill a cavity, after a crying experience for my kid, later in the day, she had a bubble in her lip, i called them and they told me that probably was not allergy, just that she bite because of was numb. In the following day around 4 pm, i called again because got worse, they told me that it was out of hours, but somebody on a call would give me a call. This call only happened on the following Monday, when it was much better because i followed another doctor’s instruction. I came her because of severas recomendation, but i would not reccomend them for anybody.
