I am highly disappointed. I would say zero stars, but it will not allow me to post this comment without clicking on one star. My daughter waited 4 months, after her cleaning visit, to be seen for a cavity repair. We scheduled the appointment for the cavity repair but that was canceled by the office three times in a row. We came in today for the 4th scheduled appointment, now several weeks after the cavity was supposed to be repaired, and nothing was done to repair my daughter's cavities. The doctor stated she was just doing an evaluation today. I shared that was invorrect and my daughter was scheduled for a repair, in fact she had been scheduled several weeks prior. Not to mention our appointment was at 10 am but did not get seen until 11 am. I have reported this office, and the Dentist, t

We originally chose Children’s Dental Health of Easton because of the convenient location for us in Forks Township on Sullivan Trail. Unfortunately, the convenience is not worth their terrible customer service. It took five months just to get our child scheduled to have her cavities filled. When the the first visit finally came, they had us waiting an hour and a half just to be seen, and what was supposed to be a 3 PM appointment didn’t end until 5 PM. The appointments had to be broken up into two sessions. The second appointment we were running 10 minutes late because of delays from picking up both kids from school. We had my child’s first visit here a few weeks ago and it was a breeze. We were checked in right away and waited maybe 2 minutes before being taken back. Everyone we encountered was kind and encouraging. The dentist was awesome! My child now wants to be a dentist when she grows up. She’s very excited for her next appointment.

The hygienist and dentist (Dr. Ilaf) were excellent - kind, informative, and gentle with my daughter during her first time visit. Good customer service at the front desk upon intake and exit also. Taking off 1 star for the 1-hour wait time. I expect to be seen at the time we agreed upon for my appt. I don't expect to return to work 1 hour later than I communicated to my boss.

Both of my children were first time patients. Every staff member we came in contact with was incredibly nice, informative, interactive, and made my kids' first visit stress free. Highly recommend this office for toddlers through teen!
