Children's Dental Clinic

The individual at the front desk was ridiculously RUDE. I was denied service for not being able to present my insurance information right away. Rather than working with me, she was completely shut down and rude. Instead of calling my provider I had to cancel the appointment given that I drove almost 2 hours from madison to my appointment in Milwaukee because that was my initial provider but I will no longer return here!!
