Children's Dental Care

The office is absolutely amazing, from the decor to the gaming area. The staff was charming and inviting. The ladies in the front were younger girls, maybe new to the industry, but very polite. The dentist was pleasant and knowledgeable, but I honestly feel like a lot of unnecessary work was done on my daughter‘s mouth. She had not been complaining of any issues, but during a routine check-up, she needed eight fillings and four caps. I’m pretty sure it was a good payday, but now I’m left to think, was it really necessary? But aside from that, it had a nice aesthetic. It just wasn’t the best day for my daughter. Hopefully, the office reads this and comes up with less aggressive treatment plans or natural alternatives.

This place needs to be investigated! I took my 5 year old and and they told me he would need a TON of work and would need to be put to sleep and was charging over $4000 to Medicaid for the work he needed done. Luckily I was not able to take him to his appointment due to my kids leaving for the summer for their time with dad but when my son came back I took him to a new dentist where they didn’t say anything about allllll the work that was mentioned that day. They were able to get him in and out within 2 hours, and didn’t require him to be put to sleep. This place needs to be closed down, all the care about is money that’s it!!!!

This dentist is Amazing!!! My daughter was so scared, but everyone made her feel so welcomed and took it step by step with her. Thank you Ladies so much for this experience 🙏

This office does not answer the phone, or allow voicemails, or return emails. We are fed up. After reading the reviews, I now wonder if the work my child had done when younger was necessary. I wish I had gotten a second opinion. the lack of professionalism here makes it easy to beleive mistakes are made intentionally at times for financial gain. At this point, I just want this office to take the time to contact me so I may obtain my child's records and move to a professional dental office with dentists and staff who care about the health of children and the fact that the parents CHOSE to give them business. Find another dental office for your child. Trust me. I will also be contacting the BBB as stating in other reviews.
