I can't wait to share the details on the reason for 1 star. But will wait. However, for now.....just go somewhere else. Unless you want your child to get sicker and sicker, all while paying thousands of dollars for them to say "He'll be fine, it's just a cold"....and God forbid they test him for anything. But hey, bright side is....they lied and said he can't have meds after forgetting that they have already treated him before by GIVING MEDS! I'd hate to know what the 'dollar amount threshold' is for them to be ok testing him. Maybe they are short on funds. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Terrible. I've tried to get Dr. Decker since Dr. Drez left. I've waited over 3 years and still nothing. I asked if I could get on a waiting list and they don't do that. I tried to get other doctors and I'm told the same thing, they aren't seeing new parents. Now I'm forced to see a doctor for shots after 2 years. They have refuse a shots only appointment since we don't have a PCP there now. They have no problem with sick visits with any doctor though. All about the money and could careless about patients.

We absolutely LOVE Nurse Practitioner Beth Savoie! My kids have been seeing her since they were babies, and she’s truly one of a kind. She always remembers them by name and never treats us like just another appointment. One of the things I appreciate most is how she talks directly to the kids at their level—she makes them feel like the patient, not just a tag-along to mom or dad. She actually listens to them and gives them the time to talk and be heard. It can be a little tricky to get an appointment with her sometimes because the phone staff will push for a “real doctor,” but honestly, we’d choose Beth every single time. She doesn’t rush through visits, and she takes the time to truly understand what’s going on. That kind of care is rare. We trust her completely, and my kids are always c

The receptionist are rude and speak sarcastically when you schedule appointments. Many of times the physicians just don't give proper medications. My son was seen after having had coughing and runny nose for approximately 3 weeks. I bring him up there to get some stronger medications to fight this thing only to have him prescribed robitussin and Benadryl?? So guess what a week later and now things are worse. Please look at improving the quality of care people receive. Also send patients home with a report and instructions on what to take and how to treat their symptoms. I should not have to ask for something to be written down every time. I should not have to bring my kids up there multiple times to get proper treatment.

Absolutely love The Children's Clinic! I went here when I was a little girl and all 3 of my children go here. My oldest is now 21 who was upset she couldn't go here anymore due to her age but Absolutely loves Dr. Karpov! We all love Dr. Karpov. They are all great doctors but Karpov is my #1 choice. The Children's Clinic is highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a doctor for their children. Thank you Children's Clinic and Dr. Karpov!
