Childrens Clinic

I truly love this clinic! Everyone here is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We see Dr. Shannon, and I am so grateful for her patience and understanding with my son, who has autism—she makes each visit a positive experience for him. I also want to give a special thank you to Donna, the receptionist, who always goes above and beyond to help and support us. I can’t express enough how much their care and kindness mean to our family!

Last 2 week Jennifer my kids Doctor was not there so they other doctor see my child. Was kinda disrespectful how she was making comments about my son why he still on bottle,why he dont let me touch him and make some comments 😤 about my son. I was SO MAD AND UNCOMFORTABLE cause doctor should know the kids record special my son the hes Autistm Spectrum no verbal at all.

This is literally the worst place I could’ve brought my daughter. I’m considering reporting this practice. We swapped pediatricians before 6 months…but to be honest by 3 months old I knew we needed a change. My neighbors and friends also had the same terrible experiences and left the clinic. Our new pediatrician even thinks they don’t know what they are talking about. I think* (after a year trying to remember) that the NP was named Sandy (?). My friends and neighbors saw different NP (but same experience). This clinic is a disgrace and my preemie baby deserved better. There are a few of us currently looking to report this clinic. I had never had a problem seeing NP until I met the negligent, unintelligent and obtuse persons in that practice.

We recently moved from FL, I had a hard time to find a pediatrician that had availability to get my 5 year old daughter's school forms to register her for school. When I was about to give up.. I gave Children's Clinic a call and the nice lady on phone told me to stop by.. I'm so relieved they were able to see my girl. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Was a pleasant experience, will definitely recommend to others!

If I could give a zero star review, I totally would, and they kept telling me that I was starving. My child I saw multiple providers never was with the same provider and was on the verge of sending me CHOA Cause I kept saying, my son was losing weight after he left the hospital from being born. Come to find out after many appointments later that were very unnecessary for a weight check their scale was wrong because it wasn’t even calibrated correctly. As a first time, mom and very fresh postpartum, I left their office in tears every single time I would never trust them to care for my child ever again because they can’t even make sure their equipment works properly and they kept calling my son the wrong name they couldn’t even learn his name and he had been every 2-3 days since his birth to
