Children's Clinic LLC Metairie

Not sure what happened since they relocated here from destrehan. On their door the hours of operation are from 8:30-5:00 M-F, got here at 8:30 no one here. Check the website & it says they open for 9. Been here since 9 & not one person was here. Business hours are not correct or this place of business is not being ran during the business hours stated! Plus every time I come here there is a 1+ wait before my child is seen by a doctor even with a appointment scheduled. There are 3 doctors listed that work here but they’re always short staffed or running behind schedule! Definitely changed my whole thought of this place & it’s forcing me to find a new pediatrician!

Have been going to this clinic for years.. never disappointed. From the front staff, assistants/nurses and Dr. Shujia.. all are so helpful and they care about their patients! Thank y’all each and every time!

They require a doctor's appointment every 2 months to complete referrals for ongoing conditions. We tried to go to get the referrals during Saturday walkin hours and no one was there.

Horrible! They turned down seeing a sick child after waiting over an hour to be seen. And the bathroom lights don’t even work. Place is shady!

Mala atención en cuanto a tiempo de espera, llegue por primera vez con mi bebé recién nacido y espere casi 2 horas, mi bebé hasta morada se puso del frío del aire... mala experiencia
