I've been coming here for nearly 20 years and I absolutely adore the staff here. Yes, Dr. Eley does come across as rushing through visits but in my experience, when I had a question or concern about anything involving my children, she would stop in her tracks and listen. I've personally brought up a strong concern of mine and it was handled almost immediately. I've personally never had an issue with the front desk staff because they've all been really kind to me, even when they've had to reschedule an appointment. I will happily recommend this place

This clinic was recommended to me by the hospital where I gave birth, and I initially had nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Eley. She was kind, thoughtful in her responses, and I never felt rushed during our visits. However, I became uncomfortable when it came time to discuss my questions and concerns. I had just had my third baby shortly before moving to Texas, so I was already familiar with the routine of well-child visits and vaccinations. In the weeks leading up to my son’s appointment, he had been quite sick and was only just beginning to recover at the time of his well-child visit. Overall, the appointment went well until the discussion about vaccines at the end. Given how recently he had been ill, I felt hesitant and wanted to wait until his immune system seemed stronge

I have gone to this doctor three different times in the past 18 months. I have tried three different providers. I tried two different kids. I feel like I tried to give them a fair chance… but this office is actually terrible. They’re rude, two of the providers a year apart used intimidation tactics on me to push their way. The third was just rushed and rude. I’ve been a mom for 26 years. I’ve used probably 20 different doctors offices in two states and 10 cities. I’ve never had this experience. To have this experience three times in the last 18 months is just mind blowing. Please find a better place for your babies. NOT autistic friendly. Dr. Eley and the team at Children's Choice Pediatrics have been caring for both of my children since birth, and I couldn't be more grateful for the compassionate, attentive care we've received over the years. From newborn visits to toddler milestones and the occasional sick visit, they’ve been with us every step of the way. Dr. Eley is patient, thorough, and always takes the time to answer our questions and explain things clearly. The entire staff is warm, professional, and truly makes you feel like your child is in good hands. The office is clean, well-organized, and very kid-friendly, which helps make every visit a little easier. It's such a comfort knowing that my children are being cared for by a provider who knows them so well and genuinely cares about their health and development.

I have been going to this practice for several years, but I am now committed to leaving. The doctors have always been kind and caring toward my kids, which I appreciated. However, we recently missed an appointment for both of my children because we were on vacation in Europe and unable to check our text messages. As a result, we were charged $25 for each child. I reached out to the manager to request a waiver or reduction of the fee since it was our first missed appointment. Unfortunately, the owner—or the person claiming to be the owner—was rude and unprofessional during our conversation. My issue isn’t the $50 I paid but the disrespectful way we were treated. In the end, I lost $50, but you lost a loyal client and damaged your reputation.
