Horrible service at the desk. The lady even called to the back and said I was giving her a hard time just because I asked her if there was no way to see the dr. I got stuck in traffic on the interstate coming from several miles away. She sat and talked about me while I was sitting right there. Very very unprofessional. I will not be rescheduling because the way I was treated today. Chattanooga is closer anyway.
