First time i had cleaning done there it was the best experience i ever had in a Dentist office. The lady that did my cleaning was Brazilian extremely nice person and friendly. The second visit was horrible the staff was rude doesn’t care, X-ray machine wasn’t working properly spent so much time getting the xray. Went back for wisdom tooth and another bad experience. That was the last time I don’t recommend this place it awful. They call few days ahead of your appointment to confirm, if you don’t pick up your appointment get cancelled

It's the lack of QUALITY customer service for me. When you walk in, you're presence is barely acknowledged until they're done talking amongst themselves. GREET PATRONS WHEN THE ENTER!! Back-of-house complications can be discussed with your peers AFTER you tend to the customer!! Customer service 101.

Not gone lie I hadn’t been in here in a while , since moving out of town. Came back in the area and decided to go back there and not sure if it was the best choice. The lack of professionalism and the lack of quality customer service when you first walk-in is crazy. Not to mention that they have messed up on my appointments 3x I keep giving them the benefit of doubt, but I think it’s time I go else where.

I have had brain surgery and have a stint in my brain, so I can never find dentists willing to help me... I went in for an emergency with two toothache's Dr. Paul (wonderful woman) called and got the medical clearance to go ahead and pull not only the two that were hurting but another bad tooth, she also made a treatment and I will be returning next week, and will have a mold made for a brand new smile! I AM SO GRATEFUL AND CANT EVEN PUT IT INTO WORDS HOW GREAT THEY WERE! Thank you Dr. Paul!!!

Very unorganized place. I had my kids appointment for ortho and cleaning. They send us for cleaning and then tell us you are late for the appointment because you were at cleaning and we didn’t sign you up for ortho. The standard is going down very fast lately as I have been customer for 13 years here and last few appointments experience is not good. I would not recommend this place anymore
