I've been a client for quite some time and I love the service at this clinic. My children feel very comfortable, the receptionists are very helpful, and the assistants are too. If I could, I'd give it a perfect score.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professional accountability at this office. We waited months for an orthodontic approval, only to find out after multiple follow-up calls that the delay was due to the staff filing the wrong information. Even after it was finally approved in January, no one contacted us. When I asked why, the staff was dismissive, stating it "wasn't their job" to notify patients as she is not working for orthodontic team. More concerning was the clinical care. My daughter had an extender placed that looked wrong (metal wire resting on top of her teeth).
