Chi Spa: Traditional Chinese Massage Therapy

We called ahead and they said they could get us in right away for two people. We said it would take us 20 minutes to get there. They checked and then told us that was okay. We verified two people hot stone massage in the same room. When we arrived at exactly the time we said we would, they told us to wait 20 more minutes and they would take us one at a time. We told them we called ahead for a two person massage and they said they could not get us in. Don’t waste your time

Called a few days ago and was told walk-ins welcome, sign on the door says walk-ins welcome. Walked in and was very unwelcome. Inquired into calling for an appointment and was told they were too busy for calls. Customer service at the door is bad. I don't even want to attempt the massage.

Needed something for my back. Was at the hospital and couldn’t get any relief. Went here and this lady did wonders. Was very good, very professional. Thought the price was reasonable. Will definitely be back.

My fiancee and I always stop on here every couple of months. They give great massages and the prices are fair. Yes it is rather annoying that they pretty much make you give them a 20 dollar tip ahead of time but it's worth it, and I understand why because they never look busy and you can walk in and get in right away the majority of the time. Whenever I need a good massage and don't feel like waiting or setting appointments they are my first stop.

I have never seen a massage place as dirty and smelly as this one. The therapist charged me $60, plus an additional $5 for using a card, and I gave a $20 tip upfront despite receiving horrible service. She couldn't even focus on the area where I was experiencing pain, which is why I requested a deep tissue massage. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
