CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group - Primary Care

My recent visit with Dr.Michale Royalty was extremely disappointing. I came in with real concerns, but I felt like none of them were taken seriously. Instead of listening or trying to understand what I was experiencing, the doctor seemed dismissive and rushed. I left the appointment with no answers, no clarity, and no sense that my concerns were heard at all. Patients deserve to be listened to and treated with respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this office based on my visit.

I had a terrible experience here recently with one of the doctor's bedside manner (I will not name exactly who). To summarize he was very rushed, acted like he did not care, and gave no ideas as to solutions with my particular medical problems I have been dealing with for over a year now going around to different primary care doctors and specialists but this one was by far the worst and left me without hope.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I came out with little to no real answers for my problems and they did not take any of my concerns or questions seriously it seemed like just wanted me back out the door so they could go on with their day.

My visit was disappointing. I didn’t feel like my concerns were listened to, and I left without the help or clarity I expected.

I enjoy going to my doctor he takes care of me he makes feel like he really cares anyone would be happy with him
