The communication at the practice needs some serious work. Not enough doctors and getting appointments scheduled means waiting months. Plus I have been there almost 10 years and they cycle doctors out so much.

I was well taken care of by all the staff. I felt like I was the only patient there.

Nice place, and the bariatrics center is good, but it's 10 am, and there's a long wait in the registration with only 2 persons working there. Oh well. Who cares if I'm 30 min. late to my appt because I'm waiting in registration for 45 mins? There's so many people waiting, they are even outside because there's no seats inside. The lady at the desk however is quick. It's just the wait for registering.

Why make procedure appointments if you can not be seen at that time. I understand that issues come up and may cause some delays, but a 2 hour + delay?????? Not to mention you have to be there an hour prior to your procedure and not have anything to eat for a day and a half!!! And they have to nerve to say that they will bill you for a missed appt or procedure.

I went to the doctor appointment and sat in the waiting room for one hour. Then when I got to see the doctor she said I needed medicine to help my health issues. After I left the doctor I never heard anything from them. My medicine was supposed to be mailed to me but I never received any medication. I tried to call them to find out what the problem was and they acted like I hadn’t ever been a patient there. After insisting I had been she sent me to another lady that hung up on me in the middle of telling her the issue. They are horrible, I wouldn’t recommend them at all!
