CHI Saint Joseph Health - Office Park

Worst experience ever had. Claim submitted to the wrong insurance and no one can tell me why. They just keep reiterating what they’ve already said. Absolutely horrible. I will not be receiving care at Saint Joe if I can help it, ever again due to the billing women and this nightmare.

I've been going to chi St. Joseph for 20 years now. They are a good direction of doctors and I recommend them highly. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These are great doctors here. I've been a patient, my father has been a patient my mother is currently a patient who had a double bypass on her heart . These doctors are so good that it has help restore my faith in humanity. I can tell you they saved 3 lives here at this place just in my immediate family. I do recommend this place for anyone having heart or stroke issues.

The staff is great. The late policy is horrible. We were on time but a lady came in after us and she was 8 minutes late due to traffic. They would not see her and made her reschedule. I found this ironic as it was 16 minutes past our appointment time but I guess our time isn’t valuable to the clinic.

Can't stand this place i got the worst care ever.
