CHI Immanuel Building Three

I've been going back & forth with this hell whole for years now. Worst place to go to! It doesn't matter what department or how urgent your medical needs are, you will be waiting a minimum of 6 months for an appointment. They then will call you the day of said appointment to cancel, alleging "provider has an emergency", they then will cancel your appointment and when you call to reschedule, they will push you to the back of the line and make you wait another 2 months or more for an appointment that they canceled. It's been occurring for the last 5 years now. Too bad they didn't know that I've been keeping records and documenting every single date, time, cancellation, person I talk to, etc. They do not care about your family at all. The staff is rude and disrespectful. They laugh at

Just spent 3 days in Immanuel with an infection. Just wanted to tell you about my experience. First I was in the ICU on 4, then went up to 6. I know people are quick to reach out when they have a complaint. Id like to tell you that your people are doing an excellant job. Everyone was so nice even tho they were very busy. I received fantastic care. I would definitely recommend you to everyone.

Great care for my cousin. Top dialysis. However, one female CNA was a little nosey when we were discussing family business. Ear hustling is a no no!! Snyde remarks and flippish attitude. Very disrespectful!!!

Dr. Reddy sucks! His whole team does wish I would’ve went to Nebraska medicine smh

My son was taken there by ambulance worst experience I've ever had in a hospital the nurses were the rudest I've ever come in contact with doctor was very friendly however they didn't give very good care
