I love it here Never had a bad experience everyone has been has ever been professional overly graceful amazing and they actually care.

My son with a TBI had a seizure on a friday evening and ended up staying on the 9th floor for observation & testing over the weekend. Must say I was blown away by the level of care we received from EMS pickup & through the ER. But once on the ward, service deteriorated into mediocrity. Since he also has a spinal cord injury, we expected turns every 2 hrs. Nope. Maybe every 4 hrs. (That's increasing the chances of skin ulcers.) At one point I had to help a nurse turn him myself, since no one was scheduled to help. And then, just before discharge on Monday afternoon, they finally get the right person to perform an EEG & do the reading. 2 1/2 days after a seizure for a basic test that's often required in an ED is unacceptable. Their excuse was unavailability of trained staff. (Right

If i could i would have submitted Zero stars. Allowing a child to miss medications and not get proper care for hours is entirely unacceptable. No one seems to have any urgency in making sure a child doesn't unalive themselves even AFTER they express it.

Don't arrive early you will be seen last. Had an appointment today came 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, 3 women stroll in way after I did one of the ladies was at the wrong location they all went before I did. Then the lady tells me you got here way too early wow very upset

Always had good care with them nurses and staff were friendly short wait times in the emergency room
