CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - University Campus

Let me tell ya this pharmacy SHOULD hate me as many times as I have to have meds switched (from my understanding & tedious task) due to public transportation being my only way to get around. This staff is amazing, professional, and all around great - five stars! One staff member that stands out as she is behind that counter every time I come in I swear she lives there! Sammi has yet to break character, she’s an amazing pharmacist and any pharmacy would be lucky to have her. Again FIVE STARS!!!!

Went here on 11/1 for possible strep throat, doctor said he doesn’t think I have strep so there’s no need to test. 11/2 I wake up and have red throat with white patches I can barely talk, my throat feels like it’s enlarging and there is something blocking it. I’m upset and enraged with staff and the big papa belly security guard persists to yell at me, now with this being a hospital you would think the staff is trained on how to talk to patients when they’re distraught and emotional. Nope he talked to me like he was my evil stepfather and he wanted me to go away. I will say my behavior wasn’t professional but I was not working on the clock with patients I will never come to this hospital and I will be calling in a complaint on 11/3 for this matter. I went out shopping on the 11th of November and while I was coming home, I was rushed - by ambulance - to this hospital. Why? Most likely reason was because I was up more than 24 hours by the time I got to the hospital anyway. When I was out walking, I felt lightheadedness and fell. I believe it was just my body's reaction to exhaustion. However, a doctor from this hospital examined me and put me through a couple tests and - despite the absence of a tumor or fracture where I had hit my head when I fell - they decided I had "seizures". Not going back here ever again. How do you mix up being exhausted to telling a patient they had a seizure? My mom stopped in 6 minutes prior to the pharmacy closing and they closed the door in her face and wouldn’t let her pick up my prescription. Something that would have taken only two minutes. Why say you are open till 5:30 if you are closing at 5:24? Don’t come to this pharmacy if you are in dire need of anything they don’t care.

So, apparently your "social workers" like to lie and enter in your chart that you have visited this place and that they are physicians who treated you. The best part??? Never even heard of this place until I looked at my MyChart account and saw that's exactly what one of your social workers did. Playing dangerous games with people and their health isn't a good look.
