CHI Health Clinic Priority Care (Immanuel)

came without an appointment and got seen right away. the doctor and nurse were kind and listened to my issues. was in and out super quick and got the medication i needed as i couldn’t see my normal doctor who was on leave. recommend if you’re in a pinch

Came in during the evening when I expected to have to wait. Got right in and was in and out in under 40 mins. Very nice office. Super clean. Loved that they have kid sized exam tables as I think it made our little one less anxious.

Was able to get in on a Sunday with fairly minimal wait time. Got taken care of and got a referral. The staff was so very nice!!

I’m pretty disappointed… we walk in an hour before the radiologist is supposed to “be off” @ 4pm with one person ahead of us at priority care.The receptionist reaches out to make sure the radiologist will be here for an X-ray. We get called back 15 mins before 4pm. Linda the PA comes in to look at it then comes back 5/10 mins later saying the person already left… Left knowing that a patient was specifically waiting on you… WOW

They close at 8 pm my sister am I made it there at 6:09 pm today (just now) and was turned away because they were full… with two hours left of operation hours?
