Dr Soares and staff are absolutely amazing. I messed my back up 35 years ago and I was treated and felt great ever since. But now that old age has caught up with me, my L5 has been causing me great pain and misery. After two separate procedures I am feeling normal again. I can't thank you and your staff enough. I also appreciate the fact that Dr Soares didn't try to give me pain meds and push me out the door like other physicians I've seen recently. Dr Soares seems genuinely concerned about my health. I have been working with Dr Toures for a few months. I think very highly of him. He is easy to talk to, understanding, and kind. I am very happy with our patient/doctor relationship. He is flexible in trying to fine tune my treatment. Thank you so much, sir. Support staff and nurses are also amazing

Very disappointed in this office. My mother has seen Dr. Soares for YEARS....and because she is a Medicare/Medicaid patient, she can't follow him to his new practice. So the Dr. who has 'absorbed' Dr. Soares Medicaid patients has REFUSED to see her because she is on opioid patient! How is this OK????? She looses her pain doctor and the Dr. that is supposed to be taking his patients refuses to see her???? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICE!!!!!!

I have been going to Dr Soares for sevrral.years. I find him to be very caring. He has helped me tremendously. I have never had a bad experience with him. There are two sides to every story. I have heard patients to speak terrible to him. Just saying.

Went to see New Pain Specialist Dr.Soares at Bergan Mercy off and the staff was so great, then you meet the Doctor and it's down hill from there. I met Dr.Soares and he's not professional at all, I have multiple disability problems not just one, and he's treating me as if I'm faking which I showed him the information from my chart of what I've all been diagnosed with and he acts like I'm faking my pain which I'm not and he's rude, saying cruel things, makes up lies. If you don't have to I really recommend going to someone else who actually looks into your record's and isn't rude or cruel by stuff he says about u and about names he calls you, he doesn't act professionally at all.
