My daughter was given a birth control shot without my permission and I am the custodial parent with 100% physical and legal custody. I was never notified and no one asked my permission(the CUSTODIAL PARENT)Her step mother took her here without my knowledge. She has zero rights. They clearly don’t look into parents/guardians or check their ids. They wouldn’t even let my daughter be seen for the flu when her grandma took her to our usual chi clinic but it’s cool to give her a harmful shot. My daughter is 15 years old. Tell me how she was able to get a birth control shot but not a refill on her antidepressants. But ok let’s pump my child full of hormones without my knowledge and let her get suicidal bc she doesn’t have her Zoloft. They are lucky they don’t get sued. Did I mention they used my

Margaret Wallace was great. She was thorough and attentive to my issue and got me in for the testing that I needed right away. She has great bedside manner. I would highly recommend.

This place gets more ran down every year it seems. Started coming here as a very young child with my mom and aunt. Recently I've noticed that they don't know or understand what a call back is, appointments are never taken serious. They like to criticize without solutions. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a call back about a situation but since I'm on top of things I've been calling them and still nothing has happened. If you need something urgent or if you need any type of paperwork please understand it'll take over a month for anything to be looked at let alone taking care of.

I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for about 15 years now and she has never let me down. I have many other doctors but I usually refer my questions to her. She has sent me in the right direction more times than I count. Thank you Doctor for all you have done for me.

I have been to this clinic twice for urgent care, and have had a very positive experience each time! The wait time is never too long and the physician’s assistant do a great job. Richard the PA was wonderful. He was very thorough and I did not feel rushed at all. He made me feel seen and heard, and I truly appreciated that! He really helped me get to the bottom of what I might have. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
