My name is Karen Miller my mom Juanita Miller has resided at Chestnut Hill nursing home and rehabilitation center at this facility for the last 4 1/2 years they have taken extremely good of her. This past Saturday February 28 2026 we celebrated her 90th birthday with family and friends the staff there was super supportive and addressed all of needs in such a positive manner are family was overwhelmed with joy. The activity person whose name is Anthony went over and beyond in assisting us brandy was a positive force as well the other staff members were very supportive too. So we would to thank them from the bottom of our hearts and just show our appreciation in this matter. We have had so many calls from family and friends saying how blessed we are to have our mother at this facility.

I recently visited chestnut hill to visit my brother and had to wait 5 minutes to be let in by the group of women surrounding the reception area laughing I had to wait until the fun was over! To be let in I had to tap on the glass door! Just to go over a few things I’ve noticed when I get a chance to see my brother nursing on his unit and Ms. Doris is always helpful. Even though my brother prefers to stay in his room I still appreciate that activities keeps him informed on what’s going on. The food seems to be ok the presentation could be better. My brother chair also needed some extra attention and Mr. Sam extended his apologies and took and cleaned the chair himself. I truly appreciate the services that are given! Overall my brother is in good hands

ONE OF THE BEST NURSING HOMES EVER ! this place goes above and beyond for the things they do , my mother is currently staying here On A wing and she absolutely loves IT ! from the nurses down to the Activities staff ESPECIALLY THEM !!! the parties Ive seen them throw to keep our families active are amazing , some wonderful nursing staff over on the dementia unit with plenty of activities for them to do as well to make their time here worth the stay. HUGE THANKS to the DON she literally is always there whenever you need her and the unit manager as well! The decoration as literally so gorgeous when the seasons change it gives the residents a feeling of home even though they aren’t actually home. Nice building wonderful staff i love the warning welcome from the receptionist i get everytime ,

Chestnut Hill Lodge has been a great facility for my grandfather. Every time I visit the staff is kind and welcoming and the facility looks clean and well kept. He enjoys the variety of activities that are provided and is happy with the care he receives.

The Business Office personnel, Markeia & Tameka, the recptionist Charlene, and the Admissions Director, Katie have all been exemplary in and OUT of their respective roles. The service from these Departments: Activities, Housekeeping, Laundry, Nursing(not all-only those assigned to my brother) and Social Work, have been poor and lackluster. Attitudes if more than two questions are posed, nonchalance to the lack of following their own set procedures when something is lost. There is a disregard or just not following medical directives put in place from 12-28-25 and still not done as recent as last night, (his hand brace should be put on at night and removed in the morning). Those departments, which have the responsibility and obligation to render care are lacking in providing the service the
