Fast excellent professional service. Minimal pain. Very accommodating

I had to insist on numbing and still felt pain when drilling. The doctor worked too fast and left excess filling on my teeth. He said I was too numb to know for sure and then said it was my other tooth but acknowledged the filling might have been the problem after the third retouch. The process was also messy and unsanitary. The doctor placed multiple metal tools on my chest and there was so much water sprayed over my face and eyeglasses. No one offered a paper towel or even paused long enough to check if I was okay. This experience was disappointing since this was my second time and I made this appointment because my first one went so well.

I had a wonderful experience with the dentist and his whole staff. This is an excellent practice. I had a bit of an emergency and they were able to take me that day. I was very fortunate... Thank you Dr. Hong, and Amy for making me feel better.... ( Eileen Sobrower)

Dr. Hong, Thank you for your proffesional service. after you worked on my teeth, finally my teeth problem has gone. Never felt this good! If anyone looking for good dentist, I feel very confident to recomend to go see Dr. Hong at AZ Smile care located at Glenside Pa. Also front desk recptionist Amy and assistant who helps Dr. Hong made me felt right at home, felt comfortable, to want to avertize to others. This was best experience. Looking forward to 6 month future appointment I plan to bring our family member to introduce this place. Dr. Hong was very careful with my crown prep this week. It wasn’t easy and there was a high risk for a fracture. But he was gentle and I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure or after. My temp crown broke today and he saw me immediately to replace it (took a few tries because my bite cracked the replacements). But he was patient and cheerful through putting me at ease. I look forward to returning in a couple of weeks for my permanent crown. The rest of the team is friendly and genuine—very helpful. Mariana knew how nervous I was and she was a pro and keeping me calm and distracted. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and my adult children now also come to this practice. I always recommend A2Z when people are looking for a dentist.
