I think this is the best healing care I've ever gotten. Ava is an incredible clinician. She helps me find my limits so I can push my body enough to build back strength without exacerbating my pain. She is so knowledgeable, personable, supportive, and competent that I've been able to release my severe medical office anxiety, which crippled my access to care for decades, and show up regularly Looking Forward (!) to my visits. These visits have changed my relationship to my body and how i care for it and I am seeing steady progress in addressing chronic pain that has plagued me for years. 💯 recommended
