Wonderful staff, lovely people with good customer service. It is not a very big pharmacy, but I was able to get all I wanted. Thank you for service the neighborhood

I'm outside waiting for the pharmacy to open. It should have opened at 10am and it's 1013am. I'm a differently abled person in a power wheel chair. My UPS package was delivered here without my consent. The store opened while I was writing this review. The person apologized for being late and was very helpful when he arrived.

These people are always rude! I had 3 packages delivered there. They only gave me 2 and hung up on me when I called about the 3rd. This is the 2nd time they have been disgustingly rude to me about my packages. I don't even k.ow how they received the packages when I scheduled the delivery to the UPS STORE down the block. Only giving 1 star because I can't give ZERO

Hours aren’t correct. Several times I’ve been here at 10am and the pharmacy is entirely closed. Same for evening, closed well before 6pm. Doctors and Pharmacists are rarely available. According to the gentleman at the register, they are on call at local hospitals and care centers and are therefore not at the pharmacy most of them time so one has to wait with no time given of when they are coming back. What is the point of there being a pharmacy if there is nobody working? Also: when buying products, be sure to check the taxes being charged on regular items at the register. They charge 20% tax on items such as body wash ($7.35 -> $9.00). The NYC tax rate per 311 is 8.875%.
