Emergency visit in a different state. Had to drive 53 miles from where I was but... it was well worth it. The outside of the facility was clean and updated. Parking for the er was very convenient and directly to the left of the ER entrance. Greeted and brought back almost immediately. The 1st person was efficient, recorded the situation and vitals quickly. My treating nurse Denise was DYNAMITE ! Assessed the situation, gathered supplies and got right to it. My relief was almost immediate. she continued to check on me and provided all the appropriate follow up documents. The room was individual, clean and had all the proper equipment. We will be following up with a thank you and DeCuzzi fragrance samples. Highly recommend if you are inexperienced in the area. Be polite, positive and y

The WORST bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. I was miscarrying my child for up to 2 hours with no assistance. After I miscarried they blamed it on numerous random reasons that did not apply . I was told I was not a “ priority patient “ as I sat bleeding through my pants crying in a wheel chair they asked more about if I was excited for Valentine’s Day then if I needed help . If you care about yourself or baby DO NOT GO HERE

I brought a loved one to the hospital on the 27th of February, due to an emergency. He was seeing things that weren’t there , fell down and couldn’t tell me who the President was. So we was seen in the ER and the doctors said the he was going to give him fluids and he was going to be admitted. I left the ER came back in the morning he was strapped to the bed and he looked like he was half dead. I took the straps off and the diaper and asked why doesn’t he have any fluids. No one said anything. So then a Dr. came in the room and said he would start fluids right away and he was severely dehydrated., his tounge was also cracked and was white. The Dr. said that he hit a nurse. I’m assuming that that’s why a person was sitting outside his door. I told the Doctor that I was staying and not leav

I have had several experiences at CCH over the years from ER visits, testing, surgeries and most recently delivering my son. Every time I have been there has been a great experience no matter the reason that has brought me there. The staff are amazing and kind. The doctors and nurses take the time to listen to you and explain what is going on. The level of professionalism and care was why I chose this hospital to deliver at.

my first time in this hospital was 9/25. I was in and out so quickly for a broken foot, some scrapes and a laceration (that really should’ve been stitched because it never healed properly.) I was in and out so quickly that we decided this would be our “go to“ hospital and aim back about 10+ time since I l the inconsistency here is breathtaking… It all depends who you see in the ED whether you are gonna be treated like a human being (where they will exhaust every resource to help” or stick you in a room for hrs, with no answers;no help, possibly fluids if you’re lucky and send you on your way. My first admission was about five days long and overall my experience was pretty pleasant This time? I’ve been here for 12 days now and it’s been absolutely miserable. Before being admitted, my best
