The lobby stinks like mildew. I think it's time to get a new carpet cleaner. The last thing you want to smell going into a hospital is mildew.

I'm not certain this place could get worse. I've had good experience with a few surgeons but the gps and "family" doctors are simply the bottom of the barrel. If they're too overworked the company is to blame but it makes little difference to a man with likely pneumonia that can't even get a call back.....One star is an over rating.

It really is a matter of chance whether you can get a good provider or not. I’m lucky to have a great primary care and I’ve seen a few great specialists but I’ve also had some absolutely abhorrent experiences with specialists and a prior primary care was horrible. DHK could be great if they did better screening their providers!

I hope to change this review in the future when i can actually schedule an appointment. They have no good way of actually getting in touch with them right now. on the phone 15 min with automated messages that are LONG. Seriously going to fall asleep listening to this womans pre-recording talk. Then i get transferred to a voice inbox to leave a message so they can call me back in 48 hours. The online appointment scheduling is just as bad. They have you sign up on their portal that links you away from their website. The first time you try to sign up it will fail, you will need to email the portal sites support to get an authorization code first. Once you are signed up there are no more call to actions for what you were looking for to begin with. Just wanted a simple Covid test scheduled but

There are some good providers in this building, so I give 2 stars because of the rare gems, but it is like hitting the lottery if you find one. I've been on hold for 55min to schedule an appointment with a doctor's office....just to give you an idea.
