I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone regarding a missed appointment that I was told would be rescheduled. I was supposed to be contacted yesterday, but no one has followed up. I’ve been dealing with a series of undiagnosed health concerns and have been trying to take the proper steps, yet I feel like I'm not being taken seriously.
