Chesapeake Urology - Towson

I would NEVER entrust my care, nor that of anyone I love, to Chesapeake Urology. Over a period of 20 years, I tried many different doctors, nurses, CNRPs, and others who, without fail, managed to leave me feeling like a cog in a wheel, begging for their attention just to get help with my issue. This multi-state spanning practice, which is headquartered in the Crossroads Building in Owings Mills, Maryland, is by far the worst conglomerate I've ever experienced. They've steadily acquired most of the Urologists in Maryland who aren't affiliated with Universities or specialized practices, forcing women to have to deal with them. Very unprofessional and I am disappointed. In my follow up visit, I was told that my results could be a “ false- positive” and that they would send it out for further testing. Days go by and I don’t hear back from them, so I call. Was told that they would call me back by the end of the day. Well, 8 days later ( was during the holidays) I call back and tell them that I need the results as my problem was escalating. They tried to connect me to a person that could talk to me about my results but they “didn’t answer “ and was told that she would escalate my message and someone would call me back by days end. It’s been 3 days! Don’t think I’ll be referring them to anyone as this is incredibly unprofessional. What if I had a SERIOUS problem!??! I would not recommend.

This office used to be a nice place years ago but now it reminds you more of a "free clinic" instead of a Dr office. The office employees are unpleasant and rude at best. They fouled up my appointment twice and then had the audacity to mail me a $25 bill for a missed appointment. Good luck with that! 👍

Very disappointed in the care my husband received. His surgery had some complications. The MA was very un ressponsive to his needs after surgery and beyond. My husband had to go to the ER twice after surgery. Then he had more complications and was not able to see one of the doctors for 2 weeks even though he told them he was in quite a bit of pain and they told him his symptoms were not normal. After finally getting to see the doctor, they told him he did have a problem but again they could not help him for another 2 weeks. My husband was not treated with compassion or care. We would strongly not re commend this group.

Dr.Neuman,is great and cares alot about my health.He has me in the right dMostirection to lose weight.All your staff is great. I have one complaint, about bill paying.I went on the bill pay web site and it asked for the practice number.I followed the directions that the # is under return service requested.Nothing .Forget about the phone tried twice over 10 minutes on hold each time.I am technically challenged old man, probably like 60 per cent of your patients, dumb it down for people like me.
