Don’t make an appointment at this location unless for you want to get treated an hour after your scheduled appointment time. I had an appointment at 10:45 only to get called into an examination room around 11:20 and saw the doctor around 11:45. For someone that has work later in the day I make early appointments to ensure I can make it on time to work however having to wait this long is ridiculous. I understand waiting a few minutes but an hour past my scheduled appointment time shows a lack of consideration for other people’s time. Wont be returning. The staff was great and that was very appreciated.

My "consultation" consisted of being shown a 7 minute video, then sitting waiting for 15 minutes to "consult" with the doctor who barely looked at me while reading off a prefilled out information form. Then when I asked about the different procedure options he dismissed other methods that he didn't do as "marketing scams". Regardless not really a consultation and more of a "tell you what you will get". Needless to say I didn't keep my follow up appointment for the procedure and struggled to justify paying $135 for this "consultation". Find a better place.

Zero Stars! Avoid This Place at All Costs. Do not go here! There is absolutely no aftercare if you receive treatment. During regular weekday office hours, I tried to follow up four times, but no one ever called me back. The call center is clearly outsourced, so there’s no way to reach the local facility directly. Even the helpdesk couldn’t get through—they tried calling while I was on the line, but no one answered, not the front desk, not the provider’s assistant. The helpdesk staff admitted they were as helpless as the patients. Their FollowMyHealth portal is completely useless. The “Message” option exists only for appearance. I sent three messages, and every time I clicked “Send,” the system just redirected me to the login page. In short, there is no way to contact your provider or g

Doctors/providers are decent, but the billing is a pain to deal with. They never answer the phone. I have waited unacceptable amount of time. The only communication is through the message portal. The billing department is inconvenient. They are quick to send bills, but when it comes to providing a refund check it takes 2 months. It was estimated 4-6 weeks to be given a refund check for a mistake on their end and now it is week 8.

I was / am very impressed from start to finish with the welcoming & efficient check-in, posted mission & vision statements, clear & caring direction thru the many steps during the visit, and Dr. Nezu’s expertise & personal approach explaining my findings & choices. Dr. Nezu and his Team are MVP’s in my book.
