Dr Chelsea Donahue and her intern, Rachel, were absolutely wonderful! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, informative and both had great senses of humor. The offices are beautiful and the office staff is excellent also and so personable. My husband and I were both seen at the same time which was so convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Donahue and Chesapeake Hearing Centers for anyone looking for a hearing test and help with hearing. Thank you to all the staff!

Dr Raup is super. He spent time with both of us; he didn’t hurry but took time to listen to our needs and come up with solutions that enabled us to leave in better shape than we came. The office was quiet and the staff pleasant and helpful. They made one feel welcomed. Hats off to Dr Raup and this office staff.

Dr. Tyler Raup is my hero! He is excellent! He provided my mother with the best hearing aids she had ever had and was willing to go above and beyond duty to repair and to provide what was needed to continue to provide hearing aids needed for my mom. Can’t say enough in recommending Dr. Raup at Chesapeake Hearing. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly!

I received outstanding service at the Chesapeake Hearing Center’s location in Annapolis, MD. I have been a client since 1990, and have visited their offices in Ocean Pines, Severna Park, Columbia and Annapolis. I appreciate their flexibility with making appointments at different locations, when needed. Overall, they are an outstanding practice and I highly recommend.
