Chesapeake Bone & Joint Center

This is by and far one of the best orthopedic offices I've been to and I've unfortunately been to quite a few, between moving and my chronic knee problems. Not only is the office staff absolutely amazing, friendly and beyond helpful, but Dr. Pfaff is one of the first Dr's to not just jump to doing surgery on me. I appreciate the time he takes to talk to me about things and I truly couldn't be happier with this office!!!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Pfaff for years and have never had a bad experience. He has done several Surgeries on both of us and we have never had a complaint.

Staff refused to see my granddaughter! Would not double check insurance. Insurance was not canceled. If they would of called (they said not my job) they would of found out that she was covered. Humiliated my daughter! Where is the compassion. I hope they change their ways the doctor took really good care of her before, that is why we went back.

Dr. Pfaff, from my experience is a surgeon who is very caring to his patients. He's thorough concerning the needs of his patients. There hasn't been a time when I needed his professional services, that he didn't see about me. Before my surgery, he explained everything that I would encounter before, during, and after. When he realized how fearful I was to have the surgery, he gave me great assurance that I'd come out well, and that he'd be there for me. He kept his word to me. I'd refer anyone who needed his expertise at anytime. Thank you Dr. Pfaff!

Biggest piece of crap doctors office. Got there 15min before appointment to wait one hour and 15 min and was put into a filthy room, they didn't even change the paper on the table, then to not even be seen by the doctor because I had to get kids off the bus. Biggest waste of time ever. Hands down worst experience. 100% do not recommend.
