I’ve been using her over 20 years, my wife over 8 years. I stopped due to my thinking she’s not handling business properly. My wife called in a prescription over a week ago, then checked on it again only to receive a call from Cheryl, she was irate, hateful and very unprofessional to my wife. Then she called in the prescription but marked “no refills” out of pure vengeance. Cheryl we are done with you, I suggest you be done with practicing medicine as well. Joey McMahan

I have always enjoyed the services of Cheryl Vallie. I have seen her for several years and they have always taken care of me. However, recently they have taken this level of care to the next level. I escorted my mother as her health advocate (which I highly recommend that you all do for your family. Its hard to take good notes if you're on the receiving end of a hard diagnosis) and was completely blown away by Jenny Delk-Fikes. She not only showed empathy for the things my mother was going through, but she confidently and patiently explained the treatment plan in a way that both my mother and myself could completely understand. Cheryl Vallie is a great primary and genuinely cares about her patients, which is a testament to why she is a very busy woman. She has been my primary for …I don’t even know how many years. She listens to my issues and helps me to plan a course of action, which I so appreciate! She’s seen me through alot, in the years I’ve known her, and she’s serious about quality of care. She can be brutally honest about serious issues, so I know to listen closely. Until she retires, she’ll be my primary. She gladly accepts new patients if you’re looking for a top notch medical prmary provider. Thanks Doc.

The worst experience ever . The gate keepers at the front desk are the rudest people you will ever come to deal with. The lack of communication is hysterically bad ! I hate this place . Cheryl is nice , however if you are going to run a practice hire genuine people that care about your health running it. They have refused to call in a prescription several times for my husband who has been her patient for over 3 years ! So difficult to get them to fax over the medical records; after being frustrated from the get go we switched doctors and are still waiting on them to send over the medical records !!! I really think this all stems from the person with the ugly personality up front and HUGE lack of will and communication. Do NOT recommend !!!!!
