I took my cat for his first vet visit today! We had a wonderful experience! The second we walked through the door we were greeted by the front desk, all smiles. We were checked in by Alyssa (if I remember her name correctly) she was a gem! Charlie warmed up to her right away! We got Dr. B. She was amazing ! Since it was Charlie's first vet visit she was very calm and gentle. She made it very smooth for us with her sense of humor and sweetness. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Made me feel proud to be a cat mom! Also prices are very reasonable! I visited this clinic for the first time today with my cat, who needed treatment for worms. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very patient. The doctor explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the whole process easy and calm. The clinic was clean and organized, and my cat was handled very gently. Overall, it was a great first experience and I feel confident bringing my pets back in the future.

I love Dr Kate and the other Vers at this Vet hospital. I have 8 pets and Dr Kate has seen 6 of them. She is very thorough. I have really appreciated the Vet Tecs and their care of my animals. Their prices are better than many local vets in Palo Alto Mtn View and Los Altos.

They prescribe medications for your dog, but just a few months later, when you try to order those same medications through an online pharmacy and send them to this clinic for online approval, they don’t confirm the prescription for weeks. As a result, my dog ends up missing her prescribed medication, and I just waste my time. There was also another situation with them: we had an appointment for an X-ray, brought our dog in at the scheduled time in the morning, and by 3 p.m. we were told that the doctor who was supposed to do the X-ray simply didn’t show up that day. They offered to keep the dog even longer, but we immediately came to pick her up — after all, both we and the dog had already been waiting there from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the X-ray that never happened.
