Best dental office in Traverse. We LOVE the staff. So wonderful with kids and moms 😉 your first appt as an adult is a comprehensive exam, I’ve never felt so heard or had such a thorough exam. I’m so glad we finally have a place for the whole family!!!

Amazing customer and dental services! All staff takes time to explain what will be taking place. They provide estimates prior to all services as well! Has a small hometown feel. Great with kids too! Thanks to all staff for what they do!

The whole staff was amazing. Everything was explained step by step, all questions answered and my teeth look amazing!!. The dr and whole staff are super sweet. I highly recommend. But book soon. Appointments take months. (Totally worth it!)

So my upper teeth were bad and needed to be pulled 11 total. Dr Tim is a great dentist and does very clean work. I wanted my upper teeth gone so he pulled 5 the first time and then 6 two weeks after that. All was great! Linda the front desk lady on the other hand isn’t my favorite. I felt uncomfortable around her from the first time I met her. I don’t know why but I just can’t be around her to the point I will not return. As to why I feel that way around her I’ll keep to myself. Look I’m a weird person I get that but I just couldn’t feel comfortable around Linda and she did do a couple of things I thought was very disrespectful but I’ll just keep what those are to myself as I feel it won’t do a thing to complain on her so why try. Dr Tim and his nursing staff on the other hand is Top notch

Honestly, this is a great office. Had a dental emergency come up, DCN wanted me to wait until the end of the month (I was barely making it through the weekend.) and I called them with very little hope, but they got me in in just a couple of HOURS. I’m not even their patient! Had me fixed up and out the door an hour later. Very friendly people, the assistant was a X-ray ninja and very pleasant! Considering switching over because this office is exactly what I’ve been searching for! They even called me back today to make sure everything was going well. 10/10 I would recommend this place to everyone!
