Very Caring Doctor, staff was great, very helpful. Communication could be a little better, maybe I should have asked more questions. I am happy with my glasses.

Loved this place and the eye doctor was amazing. The problem is had was with one of the girls who does the frames,the one on the right idk her name but she was rude as can be when I didnt want to pay for expensive frames her attitude got worse idk what frames I picked cuz I threw one on the desk cuz at that point I was uncomfortable and felt like she was judging even tho she sits in a chair all day long and got a stank face,I hope you see this,please retire.

FRAUD . FRAUD AND MORE FRAUD. Staff rude the dr was nice. The blonde didn’t help with picking out glasses. I picked out a $165 dollar frame they charged my ins $300 for that frame and charged me $400 out of my pocket. Picked up glasses , wrong prescription, glasses weren’t tinted and the girl was so rude. .. don’t go here they will rip you off!!

They got my prescription wrong. Took them back and they said they would exchange well they haven’t it’s been 3 weeks and I still have no glasses and can’t see. I call and get put off over and over again. Don’t waste your time and money here.

So I have been going here for years and recent changes with the doctors and staffing has made this place better, IMO. This time last year, if you needed an appointment you had to wait months for an appointment. Recently I called to schedule an appointment on a Thursday and got an appointment four days later. The staff is pushing many more patients per day through the office. Be forewarned, long gone are the COVID days with two patients in the office at a time. The office will be full with patients. The docs and staff were all very friendly, took a decent amount of time with each of the patients, and took time to answer all of my questions. I do not purchase my glasses here, but contacts. The reason being, is that their selection of glasses seems to be a bit thin however, I do take the p
