My mom was here for 4 days and in that time she sis not recieve her meds and developed a blood clot in her lungs. Being understaffed is no excuse for her bot to get her meds. It was very difficult to get anyone in the room to ask any questions. My mom rolled over in the bed and rolled off into the floor. Don't have any idea how long she was there but she was able to call my daughter to let her know she was in the floor and get help. Nobody knew what was going on. This place is a disgrace.

Loving caring staff who improved the quality of life for my grandfather. Made it easier on my family to spend quality time with him in his final days on earth. It gave us peace knowing he was being taking care of and his needs were being met. To this day when we see one of the staff members out in town our hearts smile. It's like that saying, people will forget what you said and did, but they will never forget the way you made them feel. Thank you again. Penny Cochran

I will forever regret placing my Dad in this facility. It is understaffed. They paint a pretty picture before you move your loved one in, but nothing is like they say it will be. He went downhill so fast.

If you care about your loved ones don't bring them here. If I could give no stars to this facility it would be zero stars they neglected my father so bad that he died and I wouldn't doubt that any star higher than one is a bunch of fake review and don't bother responding what you say is a bunch of malarkey I don't want to hear how sorry you are sorry doesn't fix the neglect your facility did to my father. Further more so this doesn't happen to another loving family member of someone else I'm calling for an investigation be done a theroux one asap on how they are really treating the precious innocent and helpless people who can't speak for themselves and don't deserve the abuse and neglect some of these people served our country and this is the thanks they get. My mother was admitted for a respite visit and over the course of 5 days developed a bedsore due to negligence on behalf of the staff. She arrived home soaked in urine and a wet tshirt. She has never had a bedsore while residing at home where she is well taken care of. They dropped the ball big time and I'm currently seeking justice for the neglect and mistreatment of my mother.
