Thankfully they also accepted my insurance. What an overall pleasant and great experience for my child! They provided a really thoughtful gift, coloring page and crayons while we waited. Then showed us the office, and then went to the exam room. They offered comfort items, such as a blanket and more. The Dr was great, friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the rest of the staff. The woman that cleaned my child’s teeth was so friendly and gentle. They even had a treasure chest for the kids to choose a prize. Very extensive and comfortable initial comprehensive evaluation. Every one was very professional, and all procedures very comfortable with some excellent equipment. I was provided a full treatment plan and look forward to returning to keep good dental health. I have always had a regular dentist and had to find a new practice when mine closed down.

Chen Dental never let's me down! They continue to put up with my repeated urgent matters and with a smile on their face. The staff is always so kind and friendly. I've never had a bad experience with them. Dr Ward has been my savior on several occasions. Hes incredibly patient with me and explains everything very well. I love this place so much, I switched my kids here even though I have to pay out of pocket and my kids actually love going to the dentist now. Thank you for all you do and continue to do.

I took my daughter to Chen Dental for an exam and extraction. She was welcomed with a gift bag at the time of check in which made her feel special. She enjoyed interacting with all the nice/friendly staff and was happy with her experience. After her extraction she was shocked that her tooth was already removed and she didn’t even feel a thing. Thank you Dr. Seralde and staff for making a dentist visit so smooth for my seven year old.
