Chelsea Place Care Center, LLC.

This place is one of the worst nursing homes I’ve ever encountered. My father-in-law stays there and there’s no communication with anyone. They messed up his appointment several times. He has been sent to the hospital three times in the ICU. I can’t even put into words how horrendous the conditions are at Chelsea care. Updated!! My father-in-law has now died because of their negligence. They told me at 11 o’clock At night that they would send them to the hospital 7 AM. They never sent him to the hospital and he died. Residence there told me that he was begging because he was in pain. Begging for water, begging for them to help him. And he died.

The absolute WORST care facility my family has ever experienced. They abuse and neglect all residents physically, emotionally, mentally. Now we are suffering the consequences chealsies place has caused on our family member. DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT COME HERE. RN’S AND ALL STAFF WILL DEHUMANIZE YOUR LOVED ONE, HURT THEM IN WAYS YOU COULD NEVER IMAGINE. AND DESTROY FAMILIES. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS WHEN THEY SAY DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE FOR SURE!!!!! NOT WRONG.!!!!!!!!

My mom was admitted in July. Every time l visited her, her bed sheet was clean, the garbage bin was emptied out, the nurse on duty Christina was always nice and patient to update me on my mom's condition.Now is winter Iher room is toasty. l appreciate what Chelsea place has done for my mom.

Since the time of my last visit it was much better. I come and visit and hope to find him clean and his room clean. His linen clean an know smell of urine. That's all I ask. Since my last complaint I can see you have tryed to make things better Thank you

This place is the worst place I've ever visited. While waiting downstairs, I saw the employees yelling at the residents. The customer service lady was horribly rude. The housekeeping manager should be fired because he's so filthy. I don't know if the state will come here for an annual inspection because I doubt it. This place should be shut down.There's abuse of the residents; it's sad. They're not getting the medication they're supposed to. This place should be closed.
