Dr. Chelsea is amazing! She helped me postpartum with foot / plantar pain that started late in pregnancy and impacted my running. She was thorough in her approach to fixing the issue. She massaged to loosen the tight areas contributing to the pain and gave me focused activities and exercises to strengthen core muscle groups needed to keep the pain away. She also did some dry needling work and addressed changes in my hip posture for my postpartum body so that hip pain did not become an issue. I am so happy to be running consistently again - pain free!
