I have been a patient for 35 years! While Dr. Tribuna is an amazing doctor, I can't overlook the fact that my wife is now ill for the second time (vomiting from withdrawal symptoms) from not getting her medication refill because we haven't made an appointment recently. The doctor made the refill on the condition that we make an appointment that is likely to be our last at this practice. Maybe notify your patients that their refill is coming up or that an annual checkup is required rather than leaving long term patients stranded? Getting an appointment is more like a dentist... pulling teeth. The receptionists don't call you back except for one guy (sorry but I don't recall his name). The "care" in Healthcare is missing these days from the staff and it's sad to think that this will mean "g
After being referred to this office, and specifically Dr. Ocasio, I made an appointment with her 3-4 months ago. The next new patient appointment was not available until August 28th, but I accepted understanding this doctor is busy. Today, I received a phone call from the office asking to reschedule my appointment due to scheduling changes. Okay, no problem. But then I was told the next available appointment is in January. I will no longer even be attempting to visit this office, now understanding that the level of care and respect for my time and health does not matter. The representative on the phone trying to pacify me with "I'm sorry, I understand, this is just how it is" did not help. I am extremely disappointed, and very frustrated that I waited all this time for absolutely nothing.
I was a brand new patient with a suspected illness present but wasn’t aware of how severe my condition was/could have been until the provider informed me. Turned into a legitimate crucial situation and these people could not care less. I was blown off a minimum of 2 times under 12 hours while I live next store. The fact that I got a phone call 4 minutes before my expected appointment began, saying that the dr decided to leave for the day, is insane to me. I went to 4 other options to find someone that even pretended to care about their patients before even thinking about going back. So disappointing because I was a brand new patient that needed actual care, I didn’t have a runny nose. I had something crucial.. learned my lesson!
we have been trying to reach my fathers doctor for 3 days now. He is the only one that can facilitate an easy end of life. The practice knows this and still no call back. My dad was the mayor of chatham he has paid for insurance and has the opportunity to die with dignity Chatham Family Practice is holding up his care. Shame on all of you who work there. Make this right
Across 5 surgeries, dozens of trips to chiropractors and acupuncturists, and a couple ER trips for me and my family… it’s safe to say I’ve experienced a fair amount of surgeons, doctors, nurses, and medical staff. This is the first time I’ve ever been compelled to leave a negative review. To be clear, I think 1-star is 1 too many. With any service, I feel great quality is worth a premium price. I wouldn’t have minded their incorrect insurance advice related to services I didn’t really think were necessary had the service been great. Unfortunately, the service/product was terrible and useless. I’m genuinely upset that my insurance had to pay them anything, what a waste. Don’t let them being “booked up” fool you like it did me.
